Electric Air Pump Troubleshooting
Please follow the information below for warrantied replacement pumps.
WARRANTY
All Robart items are warrantied for 1 year from date of shipment as long as they are undamaged from the customer and purchased directly through Robart or through a licensed Robart dealer with proper documentation.
Robart does not provide technical support for our electric air pumps. If you feel you have a pump inoperative due to manufacturer error, and, it falls within the Robart warranty, please use the following instructions to return to us for testing and replacement.
Mail your pump. a copy of your receipt and your name, mailing address, email & phone number to the following address:

Once your pump arrives and is processed in, it will go to the repair department for testing. Should there be any concerns, a Robart customer service representative will contact you. If the return is indeed a manufacturer defect and falls within 1 year from date of purchase from licensed Robart dealer, we will process a warranty claim to send you out a new one.
Once this ships you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number and another email with a copy of your new receipt.
