Using state-of-the-art CNC Machines, Robart Mfg., provides customers with the highest quality, American Made Products. Our machinists are skilled in turning with live tooling, 4 axis machining and much more. With years of experience, Robart is able to manufacture with a +/- 0.005 tolerance.
ENGINEERING
Robart is the leading manufacturer worldwide for precision designed landing gear for the model plane industry. From inception to completion, Robart Mfg., is responsible for everything from the landing gears to the radial engines still used today. (This engine is officially retired)
PROTOTYPING
With rapid Prototyping, the Product Managers at Robart Mfg., can help create your product from inception through production and make sure every detail is met along the way. Using the latest technologies such as 3D printing, Resin Printing and other tools, we are able to keep prototyping costs to a minimum while thoroughly testing along each step.
WELDING & ASSEMBLY
Each of our welding department managers have over 1,000,000 precision products welded with +/- 0.050 tolerance behind them giving them superior knowledge and experience over your standard box store factory run teams.
Our team of assemblers specialize in high precision tolerances, joint optimization tolerances, multi-product assembly and a various collection of soldering capabilities.
