If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return (if purchased directly from Robart) within 30 days, under the following terms: Return Policy Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. The mounting of retracts, air tanks and air valves constitutes “used merchandise”. Most returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns in poor condition may be refused or the restock fee may be increased to cover the cost of repairing and repacking the product to new condition.
