Product Repair All Robart items are warrantied for 1 year from date of shipping when, purchased direct through Robart or through a Robart licensed dealer or distributor for manufacturer defect. The mounting of retracts, air tanks and air valves constitutes “used merchandise”. Most returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns in poor condition may be refused or the restock fee may be increased to cover the cost of repairing and repacking the product to new condition. When packing your merchandise for return, please be sure all of the original packing materials and instruction sheets are included.
