RMA Robart gear and accessories are warrantied for 1 year from date of shipment when purchased direct or, through a licensed dealer with a copy of the receipt for manufacturer defect. If you purchased your items outside of Robart and are looking for a return, you MUST contact the seller. Robart does not accept returns unless purchased direct with the allotted time period. For additional repair and return information, please use one of the sections below. Product Repair Terms & Conditions Warranty & Non-Warranty Repairs All items should be well packed to assure that no damage is incurred during shipping. The mounting of retracts, air tanks and air valves constitutes “used merchandise”. Most returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. When packing your merchandise for return, please be sure all of the original packing materials and instruction sheets are included.
