Electric Air Pump Troubleshooting Please follow the information below for warrantied replacement pumps. WARRANTY All Robart items are warrantied for 1 year from date of shipment as long as they are undamaged from the customer and purchased directly through Robart or through a licensed Robart dealer with proper documentation. ​ Robart does not provide technical suppor t for our electric air pumps. If you feel you have a pump inoperative due to manufacturer error, and, it falls within the Robart warranty, please use the following instructions to return to us for testing and replacement. ​ Mail your pump. a copy of your receipt and your name, mailing address, email & phone number to the following address: ​ Robart Mfg Attn: Warranty Replacement 155 Oswalt Ave. Batavia, IL 60510 ​ Once your pump arrives and is processed in, it will go to the repair department for testing.
